How do I pay for my item(s)?

The checkout works through PayPal which is a safe and convenient method for both sides.

What if I don't have a PayPal account?

Don't worry! You can still use PayPal even without an account. Those clever people have a 'send money' option on their website which sends the balance to our PayPal email address.

If you don't wish to use PayPal you can send through a cheque or postal order instead. It does take a little longer unfortunately to allow us to confirm that it's cleared before despatching any items, but as soon as it is... your item will be on it's way in a flash.

Do you ship Internationally?

Yes we do. We can despatch to the UK, anywhere in Europe, the USA, Canada, Austraiia & Japan. Get in touch if you require shipping from anywhere else and we'll work out a shipping cost for you.

How much does postage and packaging cost?

It varies depending on the item. Our button badges are less than our t-shirt simply based on their weight. We do try to ensure P&P is at its minimum and as we are considerate of the environment we often try to re-use perfectly acceptable packaging. All items will be safe and secure and collected by Royal Mail. 

How long does delivery take?

We aim to despatch within three working days (although it can often be quicker) and all items will be sent via Royal Mail 1st Class standard service for UK deliveries or Royal Mail Airmail for International deliveries. UK deliveries will arrive 1-2 days after despatch date whilst International deliveries vary but are usually around 5-6 working days for Europe, and 8-10 working days for Rest of World.

My order still hasn't arrived. What shall I do?

All orders will receive an email telling them that their order has been despatched. That way you know it's on it's way. For all UK deliveries if it hasn't arrived within five working days, please send us a message and we'll see what's going on. In the same way, for all International deliveries if it hasn't arrived within 12 working days do get in touch.
